Blackbaud stock begins trading on Nasdaq as early holders sell $64.8 million in shares
The Daniel Island maker of fundraising software for nonprofits priced its initial public offering at $8 a share. Every share in the deal is being sold by existing stockholders, so the company itself raises nothing.
