Blackbaud agrees to buy San Diego online fundraising firm Kintera for about $46 million
The Daniel Island company will offer $1.12 a share in cash, about 70% above Kintera’s last closing price, to add a web-based fundraising platform that almost 2,300 nonprofits run on.
