Roper St. Francis wins its seven-year fight to build a Berkeley County hospital
The South Carolina Supreme Court declined to review a ruling that lets both Roper and rival Trident build 50-bed hospitals in the county. Roper says construction at Carnes Crossroads could start by the end of 2016.
