Blackbaud agrees to pay $3 million to settle SEC charges over its ransomware disclosures
The SEC says employees learned within days that the 2020 attacker had taken some donors’ bank account and Social Security numbers, but the news did not reach the managers responsible for disclosures before the company filed a quarterly report.
