3M strikes a deal worth up to $12.5 billion with water systems in Charleston’s foam litigation
The proposed class settlement over PFAS in drinking water needs approval from the federal court in Charleston. It comes three weeks after Chemours, DuPont and Corteva agreed to pay $1.185 billion.
