acuCyber, a small cybersecurity and engineering company in Mount Pleasant, has won a task order with a potential value of $338.4 million to support Naval Information Warfare Center Atlantic, the company said in an announcement published Oct. 29 by Holy City Sinner.

Under the order, acuCyber will provide cybersecurity, systems engineering and technology implementation support for the Navy’s information warfare mission, including zero trust security, emerging technologies and advanced data capabilities, the company said. It did not say how long the order runs or how much money the Navy has committed so far.

“We are grateful to our employees, teammates and customers for their continued trust and support,” co-founder and principal Todd Heath said in the announcement. “This award represents an exciting opportunity for acuCyber and our team to continue delivering mission-focused solutions for the warfighter.”

The company said it is hiring for positions on the contract.

The order had not appeared in the Defense Department’s daily contract announcements through Oct. 29, or in the USAspending.gov federal spending database, and acuCyber did not name the solicitation.

acuCyber registered with the federal government in 2017, lists a Mount Pleasant address and describes itself as a woman-owned small business, according to federal contracting records. Its website says it is headquartered in Charleston. Its largest previous federal order, signed by NIWC Atlantic in March 2025 after seven offers, supports the Naval Information Warfare Systems Command’s red team. It has a potential value of $38.7 million through March 2030, according to USAspending.gov.
